Service Termination

Payment and Billing Terms

Card Data and Confidentiality

• When using the online payment service, the user provides their card details directly to the payment provider. These details are not shared with us.
• We commit to keeping all payment information confidential and will not share it with any third party, except for banks and authorized payment service providers.

Payments and Financial Transactions

• The user must provide accurate and valid information for payment processing.
• We do not guarantee the speed or success of transactions processed through external electronic payment services.

Confidentiality and Data Protection Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Annual Subscription Cancellation:

• If the customer cancels the annual subscription, the used months will be charged at the monthly subscription rate (before discount).
• The remaining balance will be refunded via the same payment method used or through a bank transfer, based on the customer’s preference.

Monthly Subscription:

• The monthly subscription fee is paid in advance at the beginning of each month.
• If the payment is not completed within two days of the due date, the service will be automatically suspended until the subscription is renewed.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Registering in the software and starting the free trial period is considered automatic acceptance of the Terms of Use and company policies, including the Privacy Policy, Subscription Terms, and any future updates communicated to users.
